What if you cooked at home ?
Sometimes it’s off campus that you really get to know a person. Although school is the perfect place to meet people, socialisation outside of a school context is essential. And we know there is no better way than food to bring people together. So if you’re in the mood for Indian food, why not try cooking for your French, Spanish, Italian or American guests ? This may be the most fun, friendly and cheapest way to meet new people. The school also sponsors meal swaps between international students and its administrative staff and teachers. If you cook specialities from your country for someone, that person has to return the invitation and prepare local delicacies from their own country to share with you.
