    Biographie

    Le Dr Amitabh ANAND est originaire de l'Etat indien du Karnataka. Il est actuellement Professeur Associé à Excelia Business School, La Rochelle, France.
    Auparavant, il a travaillé comme Professeur Assistant à l'Académie de la Digitalisation, SKEMA Business School, Université Côté d'Azur, France.
    Le Dr. Amitabh est titulaire d'une Licence en ingénierie environnementale, obtenue en Inde. Il a également obtenu une bourse pour faire un MBA à l'Université de Stockholm, en Suède, ainsi qu'une bourse complète pour son Doctorat à la NEOMA Business School, Paris, France.

     

    Il a remporté plusieurs prix dans le domaine de la recherche : "Excellence in Peer Review" du South Asian Journal of Human Resources, et "Emerging Scholar Award" du réseau de recherche sur les études organisationnelles en Allemagne, en 2018.
    Pour sa contribution à l'enseignement et son impact sur l'apprentissage des étudiants, il est le seul en Europe à avoir été choisi comme "Top 50 Worlds Best Professor" parmi 400 nominations dans le monde par Poets and Quants, USA, en 2018.
    Pour sa conception de cours innovante, il a remporté l'award de l'innovation pédagogique exceptionnelle en 2020, décerné par SKEMA. Il est membre de l'Académie Européenne de Management et membre fondateur de l'initiative Sharing Knowledge Forward appelée SKARP (Sharing Knowledge and Research with Pleasure), qui implique un groupe de professeurs ayant pour mission de partager inconditionnellement des connaissances à travers le monde.
    Il est Professeur Invité dans des Universités en Inde et à l'étranger. Il fait également partie du comité de rédaction/de révision pour "International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research", "Management Decision", "Employee Relations", et "Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies".
    Il est actuellement Editeur de Revue pour "International Studies on Management and Organization" (ABDC-B) et Editeur Invité pour "Information System Frontiers Journal" (ABDC-A). Ses travaux de recherche sont publiés dans des revues du FT 50 telles que le "Journal of Business Venturing" et d'autres revues telles que "Computers in Human Behaviour", "Journal of Knowledge Management", "Personnel Review", "Management International", etc.
    Ses recherches sont interdisciplinaires et portent notamment sur le leadership, l'éthique, le comportement humain, la technologie, l'entrepreneuriat et la bibliométrie. Il est compétent en matière d'analyse documentaire, d'élaboration de théories et de méthodes qualitatives.
